Individuals with academic or professional reasons for pursuing graduate-level study without entering a degree program may register as special students and engage in coursework or a combination of coursework and research for academic credit.

Certificate Program

The objectives of the Certificate program (15 credit hours) are to provide learners with an opportunity to learn and explore the body of knowledge in one of the concentrations offered by the University. The Certificate program enables individuals to channelize different sources of knowledge and learn in a certain area.

Certificate programs are stand alone modules but can be used as foundation to build a Diploma or Bachelors program of learning. Academic advising required.

Diploma

The objectives of the Diploma program (30 credit hours) are to provide learners with an opportunity to build an insight in a specific body of knowledge in one of the concentrations offered by the University.

The Diploma program enables individuals to channelize different sources of knowledge and build an in-depth domain in a certain area.

Diploma programs are stand alone modules but can be used as foundation to build a Bachelors program of learning. Academic advising required.

Language Programs

All degree seeking students whose native language is not English and who have not studied in schools with English as medium of instruction will be required to take English Language proficiency test such as TOEFL or IELTS with satisfactory test results.

All degree seeking students whose native language is not English, who have not studied in schools with English as medium of instruction and have not taken one of the above mentioned tests will be required to successfully complete 24 credits of English language before starting the rest of the course work in their respective programs.

All undergraduate degree seeking students may take a foreign language of their choice for 24 credits (1200 clock hours) towards their degree program

Post Graduate Diploma

The objectives of higher learning Post Graduate diploma programs (15 credit hours) are to excel in a specific subject within a knowledge area and develop mastery and achieve academic excellence in a specific body of knowledge in one of the concentrations offered by the University.

These programs prepare individuals to achieve highest standards of academic learning in a certain field of study and help in progress towards a certain professional or career path. Academic advising required.
